ZITU will be present at the fair with its digitalisation and production optimisation solution, ERIS. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has increasingly taken centre stage in ERIS, significantly enhancing its functionality and usability. 

This evolution of ERIS represents a significant transformation in the way companies manage their production. By integrating AI into ERIS, the aim is not only to modernise processes but also to create a more efficient, adaptable, and competitive production environment. The digitalisation and optimisation of production through AI will not only bring economic benefits but also a substantial improvement in the quality and consistency of end products.

Below are some of the new features that can be found at Zitu stand A-08 in Pavilion 4:


Although ERIS began its journey focusing on the monitoring of machine tools, in recent years it has expanded its specialisation to include connecting other types of machines. Now, they are not only focused on machine tools but have also ventured into sectors such as injection, heat treatment, additive manufacturing, presses and welding machines.


The new ERIS planner represents an advanced solution equipped with artificial intelligence. This planner offers a wide range of functionalities designed to facilitate the daily management of the production plant. Its notable features include:

  •        Commercial delivery deadline visualisation: Provides a clear and organised visual of commercial commitments, allowing for precise tracking of delivery deadlines.
  •        Palletisation and monitoring of off-shift planning: Optimises logistics and maximises efficiency through flexible planning control, even outside established hours.
  •        Economic view according to planning: Offers a detailed perspective on the economic viability of projects based on the planning carried out.
  •        Subcontracting management: Simplifies the management of external processes through specialised tools designed for subcontracting.
  •        Grouping of Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and operations: Organises and efficiently manages manufacturing orders to optimise production processes.
  •        Setting priorities in planning: Allows planning to be adapted according to the specific needs of the company, whether by priorities, temperatures or energy consumption.
  •        Control of premises between operations: Prevents delays and production problems through precise control of the premises between different operations.

AI Assistant

The new version of ERIS presents an innovative feature: a built-in artificial intelligence assistant that offers two essential functionalities. First, it acts as a guide for users by providing assistance on using the platform and responding to queries related to ERIS’s functionality. This helps enhance the user experience by making the platform easier to navigate and optimising productivity. Secondly, the assistant can answer specific questions about production data, offering immediate and accurate information to support decision-making. This capability provides users with quick access to relevant data, enabling them to make informed decisions efficiently and effectively.


ERIS has incorporated the ability to generate bespoke automations that allow users to create automated workflows based on their specific needs, improving operational reactivity and efficiency by adapting to the particularities of each client. 

Data analytics and monitoring

ERIS represents a significant advance in production management and data analysis, offering various tools that enhance efficiency and informed decision-making. With functionalities such as detailed data analysis reports, shift reports, and historical part records, along with rigorous assignment control, ERIS provides a comprehensive view of production operations.
