ZAYER WILL EXHIBIT ITS NEW AETOS 3000 AND ZERO 4000 MODELS AT EMO 2023

ZAYER, a leading company in cutting-edge machines for milling and turning will be present at EMO 2023, which will take place in Hannover from September 18 to 23. In ZAYER stand (stand B52, Hall 13) they will exhibit the AETOS 3000 model, a high speed upper Gantry milling machine and the ZERO 4000, a bed type machining center.

The AETOS 3000, recently awarded the National Award for Best Innovative Design and the National Award for Sustainability, is undoubtedly the most representative ZAYER Gantry machine for the mold, die, aeronautics and new strategic sectors due to its high dynamics.

All the structural parts of the machine are made of cast iron, calculated using finite elements and thermally symmetrical, guaranteeing thermal and geometric stability during milling, providing high quality finishing levels.

The refrigerators, chip conveyors and coolant equipment are integrated into the enclosure, thus favoring centralized maintenance.

Its tool magazine, with an integrated control panel, has easy and ergonomic access, and enables tools to be loaded while the machine is running a program.
