27 January, 2026The International Machine Tool Biennial (BIEMH) will once again host WORKinn Talent Hub as a strategic space for connecting talent and industry, in an edition that already has the confirmed participation of more than 1,380 exhibiting companies from 29 countries. The environment will offer development, employment and recruitment agencies, temporary employment agencies, as well as industrial companies with staffing needs, a specialised framework to strengthen their positioning as employer brands and access qualified profiles.
One of the main new features of the 33rd edition of BIEMH will be its earlier dates, as it will be held from 2 to 6 March at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre, making it the first major international event on the sector's trade fair calendar. This change benefits both companies and job seekers, as it coincides with a key moment in the academic year.
In this context, the WORKinn Employment Forum will take place on 4 and 5 March, facilitating direct contact between companies and candidates and offering a practical insight into the selection processes and skills required by the industry. The programme will be complemented by the Inspire Zone, focused on promoting advanced manufacturing through interactive experiences, and the Food & Art space, which will explore the links between industry, creativity and culture.
Organised by AFM Cluster and Bilbao Exhibition Centre, WORKinn is establishing itself as a cross-cutting platform of national reference for industrial employment, aligned with the current challenges of attracting and developing talent in advanced manufacturing.
