TDG GETS A LARGE ORDER FOR A PALLET CHANGER

TDG Clamping Solutions has managed to get a project of great strategic importance for the company. It is a pallet changer, with a colloquially called “daisy” design, consisting of a centering station, 3 waiting positions and the pallet of the lathe itself. The changer will be equipped with several smooth plates of sizes between 1.2m and 1.4m and will be used to manufacture large valves in a first-rate European company.

This configuration is ideal for optimizing space and serial production and is the only one missing from the TDG portfolio after having delivered a linear changer for 14 pallets and several roto pallet units consisting of only 2 pallets. All these new developments are the result of TDG's new approach after a period of strategic reflection and a key part of the new 2019-2021 strategic plan, within which TDG is committed to becoming a technological leader among manufacturers of tie-down solutions for special applications.

For this, the company has been making a series of investments in technology, such as the last large three-dimensional Hexagon, which allow it to face this type of project, with precise manufacturing.
