14 June, 2022LOIRE GESTAMP has developed and manufactured a servo mechanical press in 2020 based on the latest technical advances to guarantee better production and flexibility with reduced energy consumption. It is a double upright press with two moving bolsters (front and rear), force: 1,100 mT., tables: 5,000 x 2,200 mm. adjustment of the upper slide: 300 mm., and other characteristics.
The servo press can work in transfer or progressive mode. The equipment includes a feeding line composed of a decoiler, a straightener, a greasing unit and a shear, an input and output conveyor and a transfer for loading and unloading.
In addition, LOIRE GESTAMP staff has implemented INDUSTRY 4.0 in this press as well as in the hydraulic press lines. Most of the lines have been successfully monitored throughout the world. This additional service provides complete information through the analysis of data from each press line to detect alarms and possible solutions. Also, through this data analysis, the LOIRE GESTAMP R&D department focuses on identifying and defining the main areas of improvement in which greater productivity-quality will be achieved.
