KOTAIA, ZITU’S AI-POWERED INDUSTRIAL QUALITY CONTROL SOLUTION, FINALIST IN THE ADVANCED MANUFACTURING AWARDS 2026

ZITU has been selected as a finalist in the Advanced Manufacturing Awards 2026 with KOTAIA, its AI-powered industrial quality control solution, competing in the “Best Product Testing and Quality Control” category.

KOTAIA allows users to upload technical drawings in PDF or image format and automatically identify dimensions, tolerances and symbols using artificial intelligence. Based on this information, quality managers can define which characteristics need to be checked and how often, while operators record measurements directly during the production process.

The platform applies the specified tolerances, centralises the results and generates traceable reports, reducing manual data transcription and structuring the entire quality control process.

Developed by ZITU for industrial environments, KOTAIA can be integrated with ERP, MES and other management systems. Its nomination recognises the practical application of artificial intelligence to specific industrial processes.
