INZU GROUP STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION IN HORIZONTAL TURNING THROUGH A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH GURUTZPE, GEMINIS AND MEKALERUN

INZU Group has taken a new step in its industrial development strategy by incorporating GEMINIS LATHES and MEKALERUN into a joint project alongside GURUTZPE, with the ambition of becoming a global benchmark in high-tech horizontal turning solutions.

The operation will bring together expertise, manufacturing capabilities, technology and R&D resources to strengthen the group's international competitiveness and address the transformation challenges facing the advanced manufacturing sector.

GEMINIS, a company with more than 70 years of experience and part of MAHER HOLDING, contributes its expertise in high-precision CNC lathes for industries such as railways, energy, steelmaking and aerospace. MEKALERUN, a member company of AFMEC, adds its extensive know-how in boring, milling and grinding large cast components for the capital goods and machine-tool industries.

The initiative also reinforces Kutxa Fundazioa’s commitment to supporting industrial projects with economic and social impact, further strengthening Gipuzkoa’s position as a leading industrial hub in international markets.
