IBARMIA WILL PRESENT ITS LATEST DEVELOPMENTS IN 5-AXIS MACHINING CENTERS AND MULTI-PROCESS TURNING CENTERS AT BIEMH (STAND 1/E06)

07 June, 2022From 13 to 17 of June 2022 IBARMIA will participate in BIEMH exhibition, the benchmark international machine-tool and advanced manufacturing trade show in Spain. The 31st BIEMH, International Machine-Tool Exhibition, is back, and it's set to be the most ambitious edition ever in terms of technology, solutions, proposals for innovation and exhibition space.

IBARMIA has chosen the claim “READY FOR REALITY”, to show the world how to adapt to this new reality, with a product range that offers a wide variety of solutions adapted to fast-changing environments.

Z SERIES: MOVING COLUMN MACHINING CENTERS

STAR 1500: Moving column 5 axis machining center, with a 1500 cm bed and continuous tilting head (+/- 105º B-axis). Linear paths of X 1500 mm, Y 800 mm and Z 800 mm and integrated rotary table with a 1100 mm swing diameter and a capacity of up to 1500kg. Equipped with a powerful SK 40 electro-spindle of up to 12000 rpm and 30 kW, a tool magazine of 60 positions and a 19’’ Heidenhain display.
With an optimized footprint design, this machine is introduced as the most flexible and efficient machine for compact spaces.

T SERIES: UNIVERSAL 5 AXIS MACHINING CENTERS

THR12 MULTIPROCESS: 5-axis universal multitasking machining center (milling + turning) with linear paths of X 1200 mm, Y 1100 mm and Z 1000 mm for work on rotary table with flips of up to ø1250 mm of pieces up to 4500 kg. Fork type spindle head 180º (-135º / + 45º) equipped with a HSK 100 electro-spindle of up to 12000 rpm and 84 kW. By integrating one or several 5-axis multitasking centers on a pallet system, it allows all operations, including turning, to be performed in a single set-up. This machine offers maximum productivity in manufacturing of medium and medium-large parts.

C SERIES: LARGE DIAMETER RING PRODUCTION CENTERS

C SERIES: IBARMIA will also present the new range of MULTIPROCESS turning centers that integrate all the processes required for the complete machining of large circular parts: Turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring and grinding. The multiprocess turning machines are capable of producing large circular parts in a single set-up.
