HEPYC EXPANDS ITS SOLID CARBIDE END MILL RANGE WITH THE NEW 3305 SERIES

HEPYC Cutting Tool Experts has expanded its range with the new 3305 solid carbide end mill, developed for finishing operations in difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steels, titanium and superalloys.

The tool features a progressive 40°-42° helix designed to reduce vibration during cutting, improve process stability and protect the cutting edge. Its rounded corner also contributes to greater reliability during finishing operations, while the AlCr coating provides increased wear resistance and extends tool life.

The 3305 is a long-series end mill with four cutting flutes and a radial geometry, particularly suited to applications requiring high stability and surface finish quality. The new range is available in 13 sizes and five diameters, from 6 to 16 mm, with corner radii of 0.5, 1 and 2 mm depending on the selected diameter.
