HEPYC EXPANDS ITS RANGE OF FINISHING END MILLS WITH THE NEW 3199 SERIES

HEPYC Cutting Tool Experts has expanded its range of finishing tools with the new 3199 solid carbide end mills, which join the 3170 and 3191 series to provide different options for precision machining operations.

All three solutions are manufactured from solid carbide and feature a 30° helix angle and radial cutting geometry, characteristics designed to achieve a consistent finish and greater stability during machining. The main differences lie in their length and number of flutes, allowing the tool to be adapted to the feed rate and reach required for each operation.

The new 3199 series is an extra-long, four-flute end mill with an AlCrN coating and is available in 12 diameters ranging from 2 to 20 mm. The range is suitable for machining different types of steel, both alloyed and unalloyed, with hardness levels of up to 55 HRC.
