Among the highlights are high-quality machine taps, made from HSSE-V and HSSE-PM high-speed steel, with innovative geometries that optimize performance and reduce threading process costs. These tools are ideal for applications in metallurgy, automotive, construction, railway, medical-surgical, and more. FERG will also present its GV cold forming taps, a specialized range for roll threading, designed to deliver precise and durable finishes without generating chips in the process. This solution has already been presented at major international events such as EMO, AMB, and BIEMH.
The product portfolio is complemented by threading dies, reliable and durable solutions for creating external threads on pipes, screws, and other components.
In addition, the company introduces its high speed steel tool bits, available in the FERG, SUPER FERG, and FERG-60 ranges, specially designed for rough turning of all types of high-strength materials. FERG also presents solid carbide thread milling cutters, capable of drilling, chamfering, and threading by interpolation with the BGF, GSFM, GSF, and GF references, optimizing the process with a single tool.
