08 May, 2024The Gipuzkoa-based company, leader in metal waste transport and treatment solutions, announces the launch of its new line of after-sales services. The purpose of the project is to provide customers with complete and personalised support to maximise the performance and efficiency of their equipment.
Cometel, with more than 35 years of experience in the sector, has developed more than 2,000 installations in more than 20 countries. In this way, its global presence is backed by more than 7,000 machines installed worldwide. Thanks to the new line of after-sales business, they have managed to increase this business by 15%, and already have more than 100 customers who enjoy this innovative coverage.
This project was born out of the need to guarantee the optimal functioning and longevity of the equipment. Cometel is aware of the consequences that a customer can suffer due to unscheduled stoppages, and with this new line, these unforeseen events are reduced to a minimum.
From extensions and modifications to existing installations, repairs and stock of critical spare parts at Cometel to offer a quick and efficient response, to service contracts of varying scope to suit the needs of each customer.
To officially present this addition to its catalogue of services, Cometel will participate in the next edition of the BIEMH trade fair, which will be held from 3 to 7 June in Bilbao. During the event, the Cometel Service team will be available in hall 2, stand B29 to provide detailed information about the new line of after-sales services.
