CMA MACHINE TOOLS WILL PRESENT THREE CNC MACHINING SOLUTIONS AT 33BIEMH
11 February, 2026The associated company CMA Machine Tools will participate with three CNC machining centres designed to optimise drilling, threading and milling operations in different industrial environments. The company will showcase its BRD, 3RD and FTC models in Hall 1 – Stand E-31, designed to improve operational efficiency and automation in production processes.
The BRD CNC machining centre is designed for working on profiles and beams, integrating drilling, threading and milling operations that can be programmed using a PC controller with CMA's own software. The machine allows work to be carried out in multiple areas, facilitating the loading and unloading of parts without interrupting the production cycle and optimising process times.
For its part, the 3RD CNC vertical machining centre offers configurations ranging from 3 to 10.5 metres in length, as well as customised options. It is designed for high-speed machining of large parts, reducing the need for repositioning and improving accuracy in continuous drilling and milling operations.
The range is completed by the FTC automatic CNC tapping centre, designed for laser-cut sheet metal. This model integrates drilling, tapping and countersinking in an automated process that minimises manual intervention and ensures repeatability in tapping quality and countersinking depth. Its operation is supported by proprietary software that simplifies programming and job management.
