CECIMO LAUNCHES THE SECOND EDITION OF THE MACHINE TOOL INNOVATION AWARDS (MTI) 2024

The European machine tool industry community is gearing up for the second edition of the Machine Tool Innovation (MTI) Awards in 2024, a flagship event organised by CECIMO. Following the success of the first edition in 2023, these awards again aim to recognise and celebrate outstanding achievements within the sector, thereby promoting productivity, growth and profitability through innovation.

The MTI Awards are not only intended to showcase best practice and technological advances, but also provide an excellent opportunity for professional interaction and networking, opening doors to future collaborations and recognition within the industry. This year, the event is officially endorsed by renowned organisations such as EIT Manufacturing, the European Factories of the Future Research Association (EFFRA) and the European Round Table for Industry (ERT), and EMO Hannover 2025, underlining its importance and relevance within the sector.

The call for entries is open until 2 September 2024, providing a no-cost platform for innovators to submit their work. The organisers have set a clear timeline, with the deadline for entries on 2 September, the announcement of finalists on 7 October and the awards ceremony on 2 December. Participation in the prizes is completely free of charge.

Participating in the MTI Awards represents an unrivalled opportunity to gain visibility and recognition, forge networking and strategic partnerships, and keep abreast of the latest industry trends and developments.
