AUTOPULIT WILL PRESENT A ROBOTIC CELL FOR WELD DRESSING OF SHEET METAL SHAPED PARTS AT EMO 2019

AUTOPULIT, company specialised in the manufacturing of automatic, CNC machines and robotic cells for the surface polishing, belt grinding, deburring and micro-finishing of metallic parts, will exhibit its robotic cell type CRHU-150 during the EMO Exhibition (Hall 11 - Stand G11). This equipment has been developed as an automatic system for weld dressing of sheet metal shaped parts, guaranteeing a constant finish in spite of the geometric variations inherent in the manufacturing process.

A measuring system checks the real dimensions of each part, prior to the weld dressing process (belt grinding). When the reference program is executed, it adjusts to the specific geometry of each part, modifying the trajectories in real time according to the dimensional differences measured.

The automatic recognition of the piece holding tool (fixture) allows the different parts references to be processed randomly.
