Through standard configurations, Arisa’s Global Servo Press can offer a series of servo presses with ARISA technology in reduced delivery times and at competitive prices.

The engineering teams of Nidec Press & Automation, scattered across three continents, have worked in collaboration to develop this product. Its standard configuration means prices can be kept down and this allows access to ARISA engineering at very competitive prices. Furthermore, it is designed to be produced from the manufacturing centres run by Nidec Press & Automation in Europe, North America and China, which means that its global manufacture contributes to significantly reducing delivery times.

Key features

Its precision kinematics allow for a rapid response and optimised production. Eccentric wheels with double helical gears that provide a smoother operation and better power transmission, achieving greater durability. Its sturdy design also contributes to guaranteeing a longer useful life for this product.

This global series of servo presses comes to the market with nominal forces from 3150 kN to 8000 kN.

Energy Management

Thanks to the Energy Management system integrated into the Nidec ARISA presses, each of the torque programs is assessed in terms of productivity and energy consumption to offer the user a program that achieves optimisation of both.
