AFM CLUSTER HAS PARTICIPATED IN THE SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR INNOVATIVE BUSINESS GROUPS COLLABORATING IN 9 PROJECTS

The support program for Innovative Business Groups (AEI) convened by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, with a total budget of €49,600,000.00, closed on July 26 with a broad participation of companies.

The objective of this program is to improve the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises by supporting the innovation and business competitiveness strategies developed by the AEIs.

AFM Cluster has managed 9 projects in collaboration with associated companies, involved in the digital transformation of their plants and in Industry 4.0 and has managed to mobilize more than €5,500,000. Most of these projects have been framed in the line of action of digital technology projects, since they are projects that seek to implement new technologies for the progressive automation of the production process. AFM thus promotes the innovation of companies and supports the initiatives of public institutions.

The companies associated to AFM Cluster that have participated in the projects are: CORREA, ETXETAR, GEMINIS, IBARMIA, IZADI, ONA, SARIKI, SAVVY, SMARTPM, TALLERES PARAMIO, TECNALIA, ZAYER and ZITU.
