AGME PE-50 UC SERVO PRESSES

The modular design of AGME servo presses and their easy installation ensure more flexibility and versatility. They are fully electric and they don´t require any pneumatic or hydraulic power source. Other technical features of AGME PE-50 UC/UCC servo presses are:

- Load capacity: 5-50 kN

- Position repeatability: ±0,01 mm

- Load measure accuracy +/- 0,5% if a load cell is added optionally

- CE marking

There are two different versions that are conceived to be integrated into special purpose machines:

- AGME PE-50 UC servo press

It is a basic electric cylinder that has to be integrated in larger special machines and is controlled by the automation of the machines in which it is installed.

- AGME-50 UCC servo press

It is an intelligent head that is delivered with a quality assurance system, the interface and the standard software of the AGME stand-alone electric presses. The multichannel interface manages up to 3 cylinders with the same software.

They also have multiple applications: components joining, insertion, pressing, bending, riveting, rolling over, punching, clinching, test, control and marking of parts, among others.
