Tube embossing machines

 AGME Automated Assembly Solutions designs and manufactures special purpose machines for tube embossing. This process is performed by hydraulic presses and hydraulic cylinders to emboss the tubes.

 This custom-made solution for tube embossing is mainly composed of 1 AGME PH-15 vertical hydraulic press with 15 KN force, horizontal hydraulic units with their axes and dies, and forming tooling. Furthermore, the process is managed by a Siemens PLC.

 This special machinery is adapted to every industry needs in terms of dimensions, functions, structure and process automation. In the automotive components industry, they are often used for embossing the car seat frames.
