ZAYER PRESENTS THE NEW MULTITASK MACHINING CENTER AT 30 #BIEMH2018

ZAYER will be present once again at the next 30 BIEMH, from the 28th to the 1st of June, launching its new proposal of multitask machining center, ARION G.

BRIDGE TYPE MACHINING CENTER, ARION G MODEL

ZAYER presents the ARION G Machining Center, which unifies the milling and turning capacity in one machine, allowing the customer to perform different operations without having to release the piece, obtaining considerable time and cost savings.

The ARION G has a built-in turntable with a direct motor, diameter 2000 mm with a large load capacity, 20 t. It has been equipped with a 45º head continuous rotation with electrospindle 42 kW - 15,000 min-1 with internal locking for turning operations, thus becoming the flexible proposal for milling and turning in the same machine.

ARION G will be exhibited with a full enclosure with roof, without interfering in the visibility of the operator during the maneuvers of loading and unloading of part, as well as in the machining, measurement and control of the same. It incorporates all the know-how and experience of Zayer both in technology and in ergonomics, a variable that is increasingly demanded in the market. Its adjustable height control panel facilitates the operator's handling.
