THE GLOBAL SOCIAL ECONOMY FORUM VISITS IZAR

Between the 1st and the 3rd of October, Bilbao hosted the 4th edition of the GSEF, an international association of administrative bodies and members of society who recognise Social Economy as a key factor for economic development; the event received over 1,800 visitors from around the world.

IZAR CUTTING TOOLS S.A.L., as a labour-oriented company and a leading company in the Social Economy, was one of the companies invited to participate in this event, to explain the key factors of its successful trajectory.

In particular, within the framework of the technical visits that visitors from around the world could enjoy during the event, a score of personalities from the Forum were able to visit IZAR’s installations in Amorebieta on the 3rd of October.

This visit offered them first-hand knowledge of the origins and the history of the company and allowed them to appreciate the company’s present situation. The participants were even able to visit the advanced manufacturing and logistics area, which has converted IZAR into a leading European manufacturer in the demanding field of cutting tools, due to their know-how in the development of custom solutions for their clients.
