MANUAL TILTING HEAD FORK TYPE DESIGN (G.120.30) OF MADAULA AT EMO 215 - HALL 7, STAND G14

During next EMO Trade Show  in Milan  Madaula will present the development of manual tilting head for portal machines and vertical lathes.

This head provides a manual positioning of the B-Axis. It’s available with two positioning types, choosed during design phase, manual adjustment by screws or high precision and easy positioning by worm wheel and crown.

Madaula works closely to the customer to provide all the element the customer requires and to ensure the adaptation the head to the machine.

Main features:

  • ±95° B-Axis adjustment
  • ISO-50 Output
  • Power: Up to 50 kW
  • Torque: Up to 2.000 Nm
  • Manual positioning with high visibility Vernier.
  • Manual tool clamping

Options:

  • Hydraulic tool clamping
  • Manual positioning high precision and easy adjustment by worm wheel and crown.
  • High pressure coolant through (80 bar)
  • Air blow / Air Shot
  • Alternative output type: ISO-60 / HSK / Capto / Big Plus

Madaula also produces automatic tilting heads commanded by the machine spindle.
