AUTOMATIZACIÓN DE PRENSAS S.L. have developed a compact feed line for medium-high yield strength materials for an important company that is a world leader in the metal stamping sector for the automotive sector.

CONTROL

Comprised of a winder for 5000 kg reels with 1800 mm external diameter, model D-5000/1800-MH with hydraulic expansion, motorised hydraulic hold-down arm, electronic speed variator and adjustable speed control; with compact straightener-feeder for 600 mm wide and 6 mm thick materials, with maximum section of 1800 mm2, in R= 500 Mpa, model EMAE-85/600 with vertical opening of headpiece to help insert the metal band, cleaning rollers and steering in the event of working with dies with centring devices. It also incorporates an automatic hydraulic system to insert the first metal band spiral through the top, from the control panel for medium thickness and/or high yield strength materials.
