Ibarmia will increase the presence in the German market with a perfect fit of machines for the German industry.

IBARMIA, the basque manufacturer with headquarters in Azkoitia -North of Spain- specializes in 5 axis moving column multitasking machining centres, palletized multitasking 5axis machines and machining solutions for big diameter rings which are exported globally.

After various decades working the German market, the company creates a subsidiary in the south of Germany, Eislingen/Fils at just a few kilometers from Stuttgart, the main region of the German machine tool industry.

The subsidiary will be headed by Andreas Soiné, a professional with long experience in the machine tool industry, who used to work as Sales Director at Matec Maschinenbau Gmbh up until his appointment for this project.

IBARMIA Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH will increase the relationships, communications and consulting services to customers as well as sales and service coordination together with our network of sales agents and authorized service companies.

IBARMIA has important references in the Aerospace, Energy, Mold & Die and Subcontracting Industries and has just closed a record financial year in December 2015.

With a growth target of 25% for 2016, IBARMIA expects a strong contribution from the German Subsidiary with a target share of 20% of the total sales.
