30 May, 2014Many productions of our customers have to be served “just in time” and however it requires a lot of time adapting the machine to a different product, or new part model.
Production downtimes are costly, our proposal reduces considerably the time to tune the line for a new product.
The Rollforming machine consists of two forming rafts with different geometry. The raft allows quick profile shape’s change-over with 2 operations by means of a gantry crane.
The regulation in width by numeric control, enables changing the product’s width by programming.
The rollforming machine shown is intended for the manufacturing of cable-holding trays, with different width range from 50 to 600mm. Additionally, it allows changing the product to new figures or implement new different profiles by including new rafts.
