In the last edition of the fair of machinery Technishow 2016 held in Utrecht (Netherlands), ERLO has presented its machining unit head model CG.40 mounted on an automatic line of cutting saw and drilling.
The presented unit, the CG.40 model has cone ISO40 DIN 69871 with pneumatic clamping system and internal tool cooling system, which are some of the options available in the new units catalog ERLO marketed under the name ERLO UNITS. In the above mentioned catalog we can see CG.16, CG.30, CG.40 and the biggest of all models (which was presented at the EMO in Milan in 2015) the CG.50. For all of them ERLO UNITS have feeding slides, columns, multiple-spindle heads and other necessary accessories to offer their customers, whether manufacturers of machinery, automated saws manufacturers or engineering offices.
There are already several companies that assemble the ERLO machining heads in their cutting saw and drilling facilities as they are Geka, Pegamo-Sabi, Adunguem (Portugal) and Kaltenbach (Netherlands). ERLO hopes to continue increasing its customer base of this industrial sector.
