Numerical control machine for the grinding by generation of straight and helical gears, up to a maximum diameter of 350 mm. It is characterised by its great precision and flexibility. It has automatic part centring, continuous shifting, possibility of pumping on the tooth profile coating and corrections on the flank line. The grinding wheel is diamond dressed with a two disk system (FASSLER) controlled by CNC. The quality of the parts machined by the machine enters in the ISO 4 level.
