The Lizuan machine, manufactured to the customer’s specifications, has the capacity to process up to 540 parts an hour and its 10 tonnes of power and 1,250 mm of travel stand out among its principal features. According to Lizuan the automotive sector is one the main customers for broaching machines as they are designed to process parts like: aluminium flywheels, wheel hubcaps, gear levers, parts for gearboxes, etc. The broaching machines manufactured by Lizuan can machine parts both internally and externally, and are called horizontal or vertical broaching machines in reference to the operating plane on the part.

Lizuan has a plant in Azkoitia dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of hydraulic presses and broaching machines.

As far as hydraulic presses are concerned, the range manufactured includes bench type presses, open gap presses, four-column presses, double-arch type presses, presses with prismatic guides, with a rotary dividing plate and even with mould adjustment.

Most of the Gipuzkoa-based company’s production is manufactured to the specifications for each individual order.

Lizuan’s main customers include manufacturers like Gaindu, Dinalot , AIC (Automotive Intelligence Center) in Amorebieta, Amaya Telleria Group, KYB Suspensions Europe, Eika S.Coop., GKN Group, among others.
