BIEMH 2010: New Moving Column Milling Machine, LAGUN GML 6 – Hall 1, stand E-06

GORATU has developed the LAGUN mod. GML Moving Column Milling Machine to machine large parts and irregular-shaped parts.

It has greater capacity in the work area, thanks to larger structural elements, like the column and the ram, and hydraulic offsetting technologies to ensure precision in its full work area.

Equipped with:
. HEIDENHAIN ITNC-530 numerical control.
. Traverse:
- Z “vertical”: 3000 mm.
- Y “transversal”: 1500 mm.
- X “longitudinal”: 6000 mm.
. Automatic head change.
. Equipped with 2 heads:
- Automatic Orthogonal Head (every 1º in the two bodes).
- Horizontal head (mod. L250).
. Store for 2 heads.
. 40 tool Automatic Tool Changer (chain type).
. Internal cooling (30 bar pressure) with pressure variation options.
. Machine ready to incorporate rotating and sliding shafts.
