Lan Bi: steering column tube manufacturing line

Lan Bi has designed and manufactured a completely automatic steering column upper jacket tube manufacturing line for an important automotive auxiliary company.
It starts with an automatic tube loader and performs the following operations in sequence: first reduction, second reduction, facing-bevelling, length control, crimping, punching, hole control and washing. In the first positions, the handling is performed by a horizontal frame system and then by vertical pneumatic handlers.
