The line will be installed in Brazil. The line will process pre-painted material and stainless steel, both with very delicate surfaces, in thickness of 0.5 mm. It is forecasted that in the future the line can be also adapted to produce parts in aluminium. When producing single doors the cycle will be 12 seconds what gives a clear idea of the high productivity of the line. The line is able to manufacture several models with several sizes as it is fully flexible.

Moreover, JOHNSON CONTROLS, a German stamper, has ordered a monoblock press from FAGOR ARRASATE. The press will have a capacity of 200 Tons and a bolster’s size of 2100 x 1000 mm. The press will be a monoblock type. Also, a coil feeding line will be included..
