Fagor will supply the machines for manufacturing several metallic doors. The order includes two press lines, each of them with a feeding line, a transfer press and dies to manufacture the doors. The entry material is in form of coils of 15 Tons with different widths depending of the model of door to be manufactured. Widths can vary from 421 mm to 984 mm. Thickness can vary from 0.3 to 0.35 mm.

The transfer presses have a capacity of 400 Tons each one. The size of bolsters is 3000 x 1500 mm. The transfer is electronic. The transfer will be the FAGOR model CNC 3. As FAGOR designs and manufacturers all the components of the line: presses, transfers, lines and dies the quality of the whole system is much higher that those other solution based on integrating equipment from several sources.
