Couth MC 2000 Multipin, micropoint marking equipment consists of multiple heads which etch the characters and anagrams with good depth on all materials and at very high speeds.
This system considerably reduces marking cycle times on legends with lots of characters regardless of letter size.
Several heads have been incorporated in a marking unit with their corresponding punches, which correctly activated mark several groups of characters simultaneously thus reducing marking time.
Application: In line or table marking with large amounts of characters on different materials like: steel, aluminium, brass, plastic, copper, etc.
Given its structure especially indicated for marking in very short cycle manufacturing lines, marking piping, profiles, casting, forging, stamping, etc.
