MECO machines give to the final user a great machine with even bigger benefits: they work with servo engines, reducing the electrical consumption, increasing the power of the machine, optimizing the regulation of the working stroke and making possible a deeper control over the mechanization process due to we can change the working speed of the servo engine.

MECO machines are capable of executing keyways or slots parallel or taper ones in straight or blind holes, internal grooves and splines as far as a module 6 (standard), and also broaching works by means of the exclusive MECO broaching tool called “1-stroke”. With it, and in only one working cycle, we can execute internal grooves and splines according to the current rules, helping our customer to optimize working times.

And, all this to a very competitive price and cheaper than what would cost to do all these mechanical operations with the corresponding machines.
