AFM, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, der Verband der Werkzeugmaschinen-, Zubehör-, Komponenten und Werkzeughersteller vertritt fast 140 Unternehmen, die etwa 90 % der Branchengesamtproduktion in Spanien ausmachen. Von unserem Hauptsitz in San Sebastian und unseren Büros in Tianjin (China) und Bangalore (Indien) aus arbeiten wir daran, unseren Mitgliedsunternehmen den Zugang zu internationalen Märkten zu öffnen.

Unsere eigene Technologieabteilung INVEMA, die Stiftung für Werkzeugmaschinenforschung, erfüllt die Funktion, technische Entwicklung zu fördern und das Industriemanagement der Branchenunternehmen zu optimieren, wozu sie eng mit deren Einrichtungen für Forschung, Entwicklung und Innovation, Qualitätswesen und Sicherheit zusammenarbeitet.

SPANIEN AUF DER AMB STUTTGART 2012

Auch auf der diesjährigen Messe AMB Stuttgart sind die spanischen Werkzeugmaschinen, Zubehör, Komponenten und Werkzeuge Hersteller wieder zahlreich vertreten. Genau 19 spanische Unternehmen stellen ihre herausragendsten technologischen Neuigkeiten auf der AMB Stuttgart aus. Die Ausstellungsfläche der spanischen Firmen beträgt insgesamt 1.272.

The Spanish Association of Machine Tool Manufacturers represents almost 140 companies, which make this big economic reality possible. These companies represent 94% of total production, on the whole are geographically grouped, and surrounded by a very strong auxiliary industry, so generating a real pole of competitiveness. From its head offices in the San Sebastian Technology Park and since its setting up in Tianjin (China) and Bangalore (India), it has been working to facilitate its associates' access to international markets.

AFM has its technology unit, INVEMA, the machine tool research foundation whose job is to promote technological development and improve the industrial management of the sector's companies.

19 companies will exhibit their most important technological innovations in the different AMB pavilions and stands, occupying a total area of 1.272 m2
