Co-organised by , Spanish Association of Machine Tool Manufacturers and BEC, Bilbao Exhibition Centre, the BIEMH is the largest industrial exhibition in Spain and one of the most important machine tool trade fairs in the world.

In this, its 24th edition, and after 45 years of existence, the following are some facts that back up the relevance of this show:

• Around 54,000 net m2 of occupied exhibition space
• More than 700 direct exhibitors from Spain and nearly 20 countries from abroad
• Over 1,500 makes from more than 25 countries represented in the different stands

The 24th BIEMH will present its visitors with international innovations applied in manufacturing technologies and will exhibit the state of the art in Spanish machine tools.

With applications for the different processes of sectors such as the automotive, aeronautics, railway, moulds and dies, etc. sector, the 24th BIEMH will be an exponent of the most varied solutions for each customer.

 represents with its 95 associates, 90% of Spanish machine tool production. The sector is the third largest producer in the European Union and the 9th in the world, and occupies the 11th position in the world in exports, with around 51% of its production being exported.
