The machining centre of the ZV series is a fixed table & moving column type, which makes possible the machining in a pendular job thanks to a dividing wall separating the two zones in a very tight way. All the moving parts are made out of perlitic grey iron, which is giving a great rigidity, necessary for high productivity rate. The movements are realized by combination of ball screws and linear guides allowing reaching according to the models until 45 m/min. The concept of this type of construction improves the ergonomy (the operator is closed to the table during loading/unloading of the tooling, 2 working zones free of chips and coolant, possibility of loading with crane).

The machining centre of the ZVH series is a fixed table & moving column type, with automatic vertical/horizontal head (1º hirth gear or continuous). In combination with a rotary table (optional) integrated in the table, complex form or multi faces machining could be realized in one setting. This concept makes possible the machining in a pendular job thanks to a dividing wall separating the two zones in a very tight way.
