AFM Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. Machine Tool, Accessories, Component Parts and Tools Manufacturers' Association of Spain
Welcome to AFM, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, an association which is the result of machine tool manufacturers joining together with manufacturers of accessories, component parts and tools. We represent around 150 companies with a potential turnover of 1,500 millions of euro.
We have been supplying technology and production equipment to the main sectors of the economy like power generation, automotive, moulds and dies, aerospace, railways, domestic appliances and capital goods for more than 65 years, helping to improve their competitiveness and that of the country.
Our position as the fourth largest producer and third biggest exporter in the European Union is the result of how firmly committed our companies are to technological innovation, internationalisation and people development. This commitment has enabled us to export 70% of our production on average to international markets.
